Objective of the right to Information Act - 2005

Now a day’s corruption is prevailing everywhere in the country though sever acts are in existence. Hence it is our duty and accountability to eliminate and eradicate corruption. In order to promote transparency in administration, it is essential to give information to the Public for which Right to Information Act 2005 was passed by the Parliament which has received the assent of President on 15.06.2005.
